Contrary to popular belief...the perfect nap involves a solid cup of coffee. Who would have thought? Right? In the past, it was common to believe that in order to get a good nap you'd need to be free of caffeine and to rest for 30 minutes. Not so! Instead, you must be at a caffeine tolerance where one cup of coffee will have an impact on you. If you are like us that means cutting back for a few days to reach that level.

Feeling tired yet? Good! Here is how it works:
Brew up a nice strong cup of Tylers coffee. Then, down it (so make sure its not too hot!) Don't sip it, don't casually enjoy it, pounded it down! Why? Because it takes caffeine about 15 minutes to start working. So after you chug the coffee, close your eyes and rest, doze off, snooze, what ever. After about 15 minutes the caffeine should hit and wake you up! The 15 minutes is also important for another reason- sleep for too long and parts of your brain start to relax so much that it takes longer to reactivate them then the nap lasted and that's no good!
So there you have it, the perfect 15 minute nap!
